How To Write A Product Review That Brings In Cash

Filed under General

A great product review can sell products by the hundreds -  maybe even thousands. Because we are a society pushed for time, we rely pretty heavily on ‘social proof’ to give us direction in the things we do, buy, visit, and enjoy. Product reviews helps a  time strapped, and therefore hesitant buyer to make the actual decision to buy. Butwriting product reviews is an art if you are doing so to make money. If your product review appears to be more like a sales pitch, you’re more than likely to turn your readers off.  It is surprising how well the everyday man or woman in the street can pick up the vibes that your product review is not impartial.
Before you consider  writing a product review, keep these points in mind;
Be Honest

One of the most valuable assets you have online is your reputation, and internet marketers especially take great pains to build a good, solid reputation; one where their website visitors are part of a relationship, and there is an accepted level of trust. If you decide to lie, or to maybe stretch the truth, the damage to your reputation as far as your visitors are concerned could be irreparably damaged, thus costing you a great deal in the long run.

Be Impartial

Even if your aim is to write a product review that will in time line your pockets with cash, you should remain impartial and give an unbiased evaluation of the product.  If you are honest in your product reviews, you will reap the benefit with people being more inclined to act on your recommendations.

Be Genuine

Don’t pretend you have read a book, or used a product if you haven’t.  Remember that even if your readers are unaware when they read your product review that you haven’t sampled the product, if they do buy the product on your recommendation, it won’t be long before it is pretty obvious to them that you were talking through a hole in your head!  You need to ask yourself if your integrity and long term relationship with your visitors is worth risking by not being genuine with your product reviews.

Be Sincere

Look at your product review from the perspective of your potential buyers. If you really think that a particular product would not be serving their best interests, say so.  You need to be focussed on the needs of your buying market and to understand them in order to use your judgement as to whether a product is suitable for their needs.

Be Quick

Don’t take too long to review a product after it is launched into the marketplace.  If you are one of the first to write a product  review, it gives you a considerable advantage, and your review can probably be less than perfect.  Remember that once a product has been reviewed a few times, your review would have to be quite outstanding in order to benefit from it..

Be Clear

Remember that p eople are wanting  you to help them to make a decision quickly. Get right to the point. Be crisp, concise and clear with your recommendation.  Product reviews that follow this style are far more effective in bringing home your message.

Also bear in mind that the old adage "practice makes perfect" applies very well to writing product reviews.  The more you write, the more you gain experience and confidence with what you are doing, and as with most practices, you get better and better.

You can also help your efforts in writing product reviews by finding a website like YourReviewCash.com, where you can gain very valuable backlinks to your website, as well as earning cash from the Adsense advertisements placed online with your product review. The more product reviews you write, the more backlinks you receive, and the more money you make.
