Self Esteem for Women in Business

If you are a businesswoman, whether online or offline, ask yourself:

** Do you like yourself?

** Are you pleased with your business achievements?

** Are you an independent person?

If such questions about self esteem for women make you feel awkward and embarrassed and reluctant to even discuss the topic, you probably have a poor self image.

A woman with high self esteem feels good about herself. She doesn’t have to rely on anyone for that.

A woman with low self esteem, however, has a poor self image. In many cases, such women have been bombarded since childhood with images of a “woman’s place” in society.

As a woman, she is told she must be forever young, beautiful, slim and sexy. (And, of course, she must know what products to use when she cleans the house.) All you have to do is look at television and magazine ads to know there are still a lot of quaint notions out there about what a woman’s “role” in society is. Small wonder that some women are destined to fail in business as well as in other areas.

But it doesn’t have to be like that. There is help available.

Businesswomen can trash all those dead-end cultural images and replace them with something positive and good.

They can become who they really are. And when they do, their business success almost always soars.
