An Easy Way to Help Teenagers Make Money
If you have a teenager like I do, you may wonder if anything simple is even possible anymore! Believe it or not, contrary to popular stereotypes, adolescents are interested in learning how to make and manage money. An easy way to help teenagers make money is to the all traditional jazz, like part-time jobs, but to expand beyond that and tap into spirituality.
Usually spirituality and money are not talked about together or as one-in-the-same. This could be part of the problem and one reason parents are turning to people like Brad Yates. Yates developed a program that changes and teaches how spirituality and certain thoughts impede or attract money. These are the ideas rarely taught and one way to help teenagers make money is to begin teaching them what most people learn in adulthood.
Parenting isn’t easy and being a teen isn’t easy either, both sides can agree on that. Another thing parents and teens agree on is the importance of teaching financial skills and independence. A word of caution, however and that is to not ignore the dynamics of money that are internal and personal. To tap into these is wise and your best investment yet. How’s that for savvy parenting?
